Volunteer position – Biological Anthropology Laboratory Assistant 2018-2019
Improving curation and storage of donated human remains; including cleaning, measuring, ageing and
sexing, and recording details of the remains. This work required ethical, technical, and accuracy skills;
as well as problem solving and creative thinking.
Student Administrator 2018-2019
My administration duties included answering student questions regarding regulations, and degree
planning throughout the undergraduate years. I was responsible for meeting prospective and current
students face to face, to best counsel them on their university goals. I also administered the handling
of forms to change programmes, paper offerings, and late deletions/additions for students.
University of Waikato
Student Administrator 2014-2017
Hired on a fixed-term contract until December 2015, where it was converted to a permanent contract.
I was the Law Faculty point of contact for both first year Law students, and postgraduate Law
students. My duties included answering student questions regarding regulations, first year and
graduate enrolments, preparing documents for our Admissions Committee, and taking minutes on
two meeting boards. I also worked closely with academics, their portfolios, and publications. I handled
all first year and graduate grades, including correct data entry and calculation of marks.

First given a casual contract before being hired on a contract until February 2014. My admin duties
included filing, room bookings, organising floor wardens, college structure documents, and Short
