Fix HUB layer index — move before reserved layer
...
Reserved layer (status=reserved) may not count in ZMK layer indexing.
HUB now at layer 4 (before reserved at 5) so &mo 4 always resolves.

Move HUB to layer 5 — fix hold-for-hub on non-CARP layers
...
ZMK layers have fixed priority by index. HUB at layer 1 was hidden
behind QWRT(2)/FPS(4). Moved HUB to layer 5 (highest) so &mo 5
always wins. Reordered: 0=CARP 1=QWRT 2=STEN 3=FPS 4=reserved 5=HUB.

...
- BSPC combo: pos<20 21> (K+L on QWRT, E+O on CARP)
- Enter combo: pos<19 20> (J+K on QWRT, A+E on CARP)
- SPC+ALT thumb combo = Enter (all layers except steno)
- Right thumb Enter → mo(1) hold-for-hub on all layers except steno
- HUB bottom right: →CARP →QWRT →STEN →FPS →L5 RSHFT
- FPS: WASD shifted right, hold-taps for 1/ESC, E/3, R/4

- Fix: build.yaml was overriding keyboard name to Corne_Oled_RGB
- Fix: BSPC combo positions <8 9> (I+O on QWRT, U+B on CARP)
- Fix: HUB thumb row ALT/RET order to match other layers
- Rewrite README with step-by-step flash guide and settings reset

- Rename keyboard to AfiqZudinCorne42
- Layer 0: Carpalx QGMLWY (primary)
- Layer 1: HUB (nav, BT, layer switcher)
- Layer 2: QWERTY (fallback)
- Layer 3: Steno (Plover keyboard mode)
- Layer 4: FPS (WASD shifted right for ortho, TBD)
- Number combos: top+home row same column
- I+P combo for backspace (RSI accommodation)
- Preserve vendor README as VENDOR_README.md
- New README with hardware info and setup guide
