Falls back to null placeholder if no dict available - CMakeLists.txt: dict binary discovery (dicts/steno_dict.bin or JAVELIN_DICT_BIN cmake var), assembly embedding - tools/dict_compiler/compile_dict.py: stroke parser + skeleton compiler.
